New: GlucoTab in mobile care
With this version, GlucoTab can now also be used in mobile care. Numerous new functions have been implemented for use in this setting:
- New GlucoTab Nurse app, which allows all relevant GlucoTab functions to be accessed on a mobile phone.
- Workflow for physician approval of relevant therapy adjustments via paper printout and signature
- Authentication with OpenID Connect to enable the use of state-of-the-art external identity management systems.
- Reminder to regularly measure blood glucose profiles
- Manual recording of measurements (HbA1c, weight)
- Generation of medical tasks when HbA1c or blood glucose values exceed a defined threshold
- Flagging of blood glucose values measured by patients
