With this version, the GlucoTab system is available for use in nursing homes for the first time.
The following new features and changes were implemented for this purpose:
- Extended task list with information on tasks for the entire day
- Long-term view in the therapy profile (e.g., week, month, since adjustment/admission)
- Therapies are displayed as a history of therapy adjustments
- Nursing staff can document medical orders, which must then be confirmed by a physician
- Manual free-text tasks and automatically generated medical tasks for physicians are possible
- Multiple data interfaces for nursing documentation: exchange of tasks, resident data, blood glucose values, as well as import/export of prescriptions and insulin administrations
General improvements:
- Charts with zoom/scroll, auto-zoom to visible values, and display of BE/KHE values as labels instead of symbols
- More precise insulin dosing (0.5 and 0.1 units) and optimized therapy logic without basal suggestions if already administered
- Detailed error message display from the medication system and improved HL7 visit management
- Display of the currently recommended daily dose when a user modifies a calculated dosage recommendation
- Info dialog accessible before user login
